Website privacy notice

Applies to the varsage.com website only. Last updated: 29 October 2026.

Draft. This notice is a draft and is still under review. It may change before VarSage is generally available.

This notice covers the public varsage.com website. It does not cover the VarSage platform itself; early-access participants receive the platform's privacy terms separately before any data is submitted.

What this website collects

The website has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no comment fields. Its pages run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, load no third-party fonts or content, and set no cookies of their own.

Hosting

The website is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as IP address, browser user agent and request time, and may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example when it checks for automated traffic. That processing is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you email VarSage

If you write to a varsage.com address, VarSage receives your message, your email address and anything you include, and uses them only to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. Email is handled through Google Workspace. Please do not send patient data or other protected health information by email.

VarSage relies on its legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Email is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and is then deleted. Google and Cloudflare may process this data in the United States and other countries outside your own.

Your choices and requests

To ask for access to, correction or deletion of what VarSage holds about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to request a copy, write to privacy@varsage.com.

If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a data-protection authority, you may also complain to that authority. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not acted on because this website does not track visitors.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above will change with it.
